Zola Clara Francisco, 83, Nickelsville, VA, passed away, October 7, 2023, at Norton Community Hospital.

Born in Russell County, VA, on September 3, 1940, Zola was the daughter of the late Gilmer C. Amos and Georgia Leodith (Kiser) Amos.

In addition to her parents, her husband, James Edward Francisco, Jr.; son-in-law, Richard S. Rudder (Rick); and 11 siblings preceded her in death.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Donna Francisco Rudder, Jeffrey Francisco, and Audra Francisco Falin; son-in-law, Jeffery Falin; brothers, Bert Amos (Dorothy), and Kenneth Amos; grandchildren, Amanda Rudder Roberts, Ivy Elise Rudder (Eric Phillips), Tucker Falin (Tiffani); great-grandchildren, Kayleigh Roberts, and Avery Cordle; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5-7p.m., Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00p.m., in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Daryle Houseright officiating. Greg and Becky White will provide the music.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00p.m., Thursday, October 12, 2023, at the Francisco Cemetery, Nickelsville, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 12:30p.m., for the graveside service.
