Mr. Hugh Kyle Wininger, Jr., 68, Kingsport, TN passed away, Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Johnson City Medical Center.
Mr. Wininger was born in Sullivan County, TN on August12, 1944 to the late Mary Cecil Cox and Hugh Kyle Wininger, Sr.
In addition to his parents, his brother, Charlie Lynn Wininger preceded him in death.
He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Raby. Gate City, VA; grandchildren, Trever Hardy, Nathaniel Miano, and Arianna Miano; and nieces and nephew, Deborah Wininger, Michelle Wininger, and Adam Wininger.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 24, 2013 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Evangelist Kenneth Neeley officiating.
Burial will follow the service at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
