Church Hill, TN ? Nannie B. Wilson, 69, entered into rest Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
She was born on September 1, 1938 to Herman Johnson and the late Rosa Galloway Morris. Including her mother, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Kathy Lynn Boggs; half brother, Lonnie Johnson.
She was the loving wife of thirty years to Johnny R. Wilson, a hard working, Holy Ghost-filled mother of six children and was of the United Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include her husband, Johnny Wilson, Church Hill, TN; father, Herman Johnson, Knoxville, TN; daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and John Dobernic, Desoto, MO, Janet and Ron Meeks, Desoto, MO, Ellen and John Franks, Gate City, VA, Theresa and Fred Harvey, Mt. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Friday, November 23, 2007 at Christian Life Center, 2401 John B. Dennis Hwy., and other times at the residence of her daughter, Theresa. Services will be at 7 p.m. with Rev. Keith Barker officiating. Music will be provided by the Christian Life Singers.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 24, 2007 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Kingsport, TN. The family will meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.
Pallbearers will be Matt McCamy, Kevin Harper, Jackie Flanary and Nick Bland.
