Mozella Williams, 74, entered into rest Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at the Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation.
She was born August 17, 1934 in Scott County, VA to the late Kelly and Della Mae Sloan Williams.
Including her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, James Kermit Williams and Cleo Williams.
Survivors include her daughter, Carol and Melvin Culbertson, Gate City, VA; son, Dennis Williams, Weber City, VA; grandchildren, Regina and Robbie Mahan, Kingsport, TN, and Heather Culbertson; sister, Betty Johnson, Blackwater, VA; brother, Cecil Williams, Deerfield, VA; special friend, Dorothy Rhoton; great grandson, Peyton Mahan; special nephew, Garland Williams; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Gate City Funeral Home. Services will be at 7 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Evangelist Kenneth Neeley and Pastor Bob Cloud officiating. Music will be provided by the Lee Smith Singers.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 24, 2009 at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. The family will meet at 10:15 a.m. at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
