Mark was born in Sullivan County, TN on October 8, 1966 to Wayne "Whistle" Williams and Glenda Jones Baines.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Williams, Gate City, VA; daughter that he adored, Alyssa Williams, Fall Branch, TN; loving mother, Glenda Baines, Kingsport, TN; a very proud father, Wayne "Whistle" Williams, Gate City, VA; dear sister, Beth Lane and husband, Freddie, Church Hill, TN; along with several nieces, one nephew, and many friends.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Saturday, August 3, 2013 at the Gate City Funeral Home.
