Aaron DeWayne White, (White Boy), 25, Ft. Blackmore, VA went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, August 17, 2011 as a result of injuries sustained in an ATV accident.
Aaron was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Ruby and Arthur Taylor and paternal great grandparents, McKinley and Lena White, all of Nickelsville, VA.
Survivors include his wife, Kassie McNew White and step-daughter, Riley Chaffin, Ft. Blackmore, VA, his parents, Johnny and Angela White, Nickelsville, VA; sister, Amber Barnett and husband, Daniel, Church Hill, TN; nieces, Destini and Hayley Barnett; maternal grandparents, Gaye and Don Salyer, Nickelsville, VA; paternal grandparents, June and Rev. G.W. White, Nickelsville, VA; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m., Sunday, August 21, 2011 at the Gate City Funeral Home and other times at the home of his parents, Johnny and Angela White and at the homes of Don and Gaye Salyer and June and Rev. G.W. White Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Monday, August 22, 2011 at the House of Prayer Church, Nickelsville, VA with Rev. G. W. White and Rev. Danny Keith McNew officiating. Greg and Becky White will provide the music.
Burial will follow the services at the Moore Cemetery, Nickelsville, VA. Tommy Darnell, Jake Broadwater, Joe Broadwater, Ricky Kiser, and uncles, Bill White, Gerald White, Jerry White, Greg White, Wes Salyer, and Tim Salyer will serve as pallbearers.
