March 29, 1964-Janurary 24, 2023

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be, so He put his arms around you and whispered, “Come home to Me” Your golden heart stopped beating; your mind and body laid to rest.  God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the Best.

Vincent was born in Miami, FL and spent his teenage years there before moving to Vero Beach, FL. He attended Indian River State College to obtain his AC/HC certificate, he worked for Smith AC in Vero Beach. Later he traveled the USA, Kuwait, Colombia and Mexico to build children’s playgrounds.  From small to three stories high at malls being team leader for PlayPal, Inc. in Melbourne, Fl.  He was licensed owner/operator of Titan Painting, Inc. in Indian River and St. Lucy Counties.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Franquiz Sr. and Ethel Lilly (Lesyea) Franquiz.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Laura; four brothers Ralph Jr., David, Robert and Anthony Franquiz.

Be at Peace in your Heavenly Fathers Arms. We love and will miss you.

Vincent’s wishes were to be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
