Vickie Gwyn Culbertson, 60, Kingsport, TN, passed away, Friday, September 15, 2023, at her residence.

Vickie was born on November 30, 1962, in Kingsport, TN, to the late Charles Allan Hughes, and Rose Etta (Click) Tomlinson.

Vickie was a 10-year member of the Emmaus of Kingsport Church.

Along with her parents, her father-in-law, Sherman Culbertson preceded her in death.  

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Wayne Allen Culbertson; daughters, Amanda Shelton, Nichole Culbertson, grandchildren, Carter Diesel, Carley Memphis, and Sullivan, stepfather, Lee Tomlinson (Betty Clendenin Tomlinson); mother-in-law, Durel Culbertson; sister-in-law, Paula Socha, brother-in-law, Richard (Tammy) Culbertson, nephews, James Culbertson, and Jonathan Carruba; niece, Amanda Carruba; cousin, Carolyn Larkin Cole; and many friends.

Graveside services will be conducted at 12:00p.m., Monday, September 18, 2023, at Wisley Cemetery, Manville, VA, with Pastor Phil Kidd officiating. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 11:45a.m., for the graveside service.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
