Timmy Lawrence Necessary, 62, Weber City, VA, passed away, Saturday, July 13, 2024, at Holston Valley Medical Center.
Timmy was born in Sullivan County, TN, on December 15, 1961, and was the son of Patsy Mae (Egan) Necessary, and the late Raybern Alvin Necessary.
Timmy retired from TRW (ZF) Automotive after 26 years of loyal service. He was an avid outdoorsman, spending the fall deer hunting, with family and friends. He spent the rest of the year fishing river tournaments for smallmouth bass and walleye in the springtime with his son, Justin and grandson, Grayson.
He was a very dedicated family man, father, and loving son, a true example of what all fathers strive to be.
In addition to his father, his brother, Jerome Paul Necessary, precede him in death.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Patsy Mae (Egan) Necessary; daughter, Amber Necessary Morris (Dave); sons, Corey Necessary (Jessica) and Justin Necessary; sister, Susan Necessary Flanary (Jeff); brother, Craig Necessary; grandchildren, Grayson Necessary, Keechee Necessary, Lincoln Morris, and Carson Morris; loyal dog, Copper; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-7p.m., Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at the Gate City Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted at 10:30a.m., Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at Holston View, Cemetery, Weber City, VA, with Roy Egan officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 9:15a.m., to go in procession to the graveside service.
