Lowell Eugene Taylor – Nickelsville, VA Lowell Eugene "Bud" Taylor, 69, Nickelsville, VA (Taylor Town Community) passed away, Monday, November 1, 2010 at his residence. He was born July 6; 1941and was a son of Isaac Taylor and Sally Louetta Good Taylor. He attended Nickelsville High School, served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam War Veteran. He was preceded in death by his father, Isaac Taylor, and brothers-in-law, Jerry L. Elliott and Albert "Mack" Shelton. Survivors include his mother, Sally Louetta Good Taylor; sisters, Betty T. Elliott, Mary Vermillion and her husband, Patton, Nell Repass and her husband, Paul, and Alice T. Shelton; brothers, Claude Donald Taylor and Scott L. Taylor; aunts, Ruby Good Scott, Ilene Good Frazier, Lotus McConnell Good, and Sally Taylor Fuller; uncle ,Joe E. Good; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. At his request, Lowell was cremated. Family and friends are asked to meet at the Taylor Cemetery for a "Gathering of Friends" from 1-2 p.m., Thursday, November 4, 2010.
