Jerry Michael Tackett, 71, of Ft. Blackmore, VA passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at his residence.
He was born in Hunting, West Virginia on December 29, 1949, to the late Gardner Jerry and Dollie Dimples (Elliott) Tackett.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Tackett and his brother, David Tackett.
Michael is survived by his brother, Richard Tackett, Michigan; nieces, Dawn Tackett and Kim Tackett-Zamenski; nephew, Scotty Tackett; special cousins, Ronnie Hunt, Ft. Blackmore, VA and Jeff Hunt, Dungannon, VA.
It was Michael’s request to be cremated.
