Ms. Virginia Stacy, 87, Duffield, VA passed away, Thursday, September 02, 2010 at McCall Hospice House, Simpsonville, SC.
Ms. Stacy was born in Scott County, VA on July 27, 1923, the daughter of the late Henry and Virgie Light Stacy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Edith Mae Stacy.
She is survived by her sisters, Marie Verbal, Kingsport, TN and Patsy Altman, Greenville, SC; brothers, Bill Stacy and wife, Lucille, Kingsport, TN, O.M. Stacy and wife, Tina, Kingsport, TN and Lester Stacy, Duffield, VA; along with fifteen nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 4, 2010 at the Good Cemetery, Clinchport, VA with the Rev. Olen Sloan officiating. Her nephews will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends will be meeting at the cemetery for the graveside service.
