Paul was born in New York, November, 28 1950 to the late Samuel Clark and Norma Vanderbeck Somerville. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Peter Somerville
Mr. Somerville is survived by his wife, Joanne Galambos. Somerville, Weber City, VA. daughters Candace Oxley, Hico, TX. Jennifer and husband Shane Miller, Gate City, VA. sons Ricky Savasten, Ormond Beach, FL.; Zachary Somerville FT.Payne. AL. A sister Phyllis and husband Bob Tietze; highland, NC. Also 9 Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Somerville graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor Degree in Business Economics. He was employed by Addington Oil CO. Weber City, VA.
A Visitation will be held Sunday November 14, 2010 from 6pm.to 7pm. A Masonic service will begin at 7pm conducted by The Catlett Lodge #35 Gate City, VA.; in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the Gate City Funeral Home. Memorial service will follow conducted by Rev. Jeff Talent. Honoring Mr. Somerville's wishes the body will be cremated.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Hiltons United Methodist Church Building Fund. 2869 Hilton Road, Hiltons, VA 24258
