Amy Dawn Smith, 47, Duffield, VA left this earthly home to enter into her heavenly home Thursday, February 25, 2016 at her residence with her family and caregivers, Marsha and Melinda, by her side.
Miss Smith was born in Wise County, VA on November 6, 1968. She was the daughter of Cloise and Linda Sizemore Smith.
Miss Smith is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Edward and Callie Mitchel Sizemore and paternal grandparents, App Carter and Mary Lane Smith and several aunts and uncles.
She is survived by her parents, Cloise and Linda Sizemore Smith, Duffield, VA; brother Troy Edward Smith and wife Tammy of Duffield, VA; Niece Ashley Smith whom she adored. She is also survived by several special family members Roger, Glenda, Courtney and Quincy Stidham and her special aunts that she loved so much and many cousins.
Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Lane/Smith Cemetery in the Pattonsville Community of Scott County, VA. Services will be conducted by John Paul Toney, Pastor Chuck Grimm and T.J. Hood. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends will meet at Lane Smith Cemetery for the Graveside Service.
