Mr. Skeens was born in Russell County, VA on October 1, 1952 to the late Frank Leonard and Ethel Kizer Skeens
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers Bernard, Donald and Earnie Skeens.
Surviving are his sisters, Ruth Mullenix and Larry, Kingsport, TN, Mary Hittinger and Dwain, Kingsport, TN; brothers, Bobby Skeens and Sis, Kingsport, TN, Jackie Skeens and Shelia, Church Hill, TN, Mitchell Skeens and Sherry, Kingsport, TN, Kingsport, TN, along with several nieces and nephews.
Per the wishes of the family, Mr. Skeens will be cremated and a memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
