Tammy was born in Chicago, IL, on August 8, 1961, and was the daughter of the late Gale and Peggy Joyce (Coomer) Collins, Jr.
In addition to her parents, her sister, Darlene Davidson preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter, Amanda (Joshua) Necessary, sons, Kurtis Collins, and Justin (Melanie) Sexton, grandchildren, Aaliyah Necessary, Sophia Necessary, and Jacob Lynn Sexton, sister, Linda Hill, and father of her children, Jeff Sexton.
It was the wish of Tammy to be cremated.
