Becky Repass – Gate City, VA
Rebecca “Becky” Michele Repass, 48, Gate City, VA passed away, Sunday, January 24, 2021 at her residence after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Becky was born in Sullivan County, TN on April 27, 1972 and was the daughter of James Barnes and the late Ann (Rasnake) Barnes.
She was employed as a manager of Walmart.
In addition to her mother, her grandmother, Hazel Rasnake; infant brother, Randy Barnes; and father-in-law, Roy Repass preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Repass, Gate City, VA; daughters, Kayla Price and husband, Dalton, Church Hill, TN, Nikki Repass, Savannah Repass, Aurora Repass, and Kylie Repass, all of Gate City, VA; son, Trey Repass, Gate City, VA; granddaughter, Ameya Repass; father, James Barnes, Church Hill, TN; sisters, Angela Garber and husband, Kevin, Colonial Heights, TN, and Debra Fugate, Kingsport, TN; mother-in-law, Brenda Repass, Gate City, VA; sister-in-law, Chrystal Cox and husband, Rick, Church Hill, TN; brother-in-law, Ray Repass and wife, Katrina; nieces, Heather Duncan and husband, Jason, Jessica Garber, and Tiffany Fugate; nephews, James Jones, and Randy Garber; and many friends.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m., in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Johnny Gibson officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 28, 2021 at the Lawson Confederate Cemetery, Gate City, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. to go in procession to the graveside service.
