He was born in Scott County, VA February 15, 1949 to the late Stonewall Jackson Perry and Vina May Baldwin Perry.
Including his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Venus Perry; two brothers, Jessie and Mark Perry.
Survivors include his wife, Jewell Perry, Gate City, VA; step mother, Berniece Mitchell, Nickelsville, VA; sister, Ruby Kern, Gate City, VA; brothers, Fred Perry and wife, Betty, Middlwtown, OH, Lester Perry and wife, Linda, St. Louis, MO and Jackie Perry, Nickelsville, VA; several step grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, February 25, 2008 at Baldwin Family Cemetery, Ft. Blackmore, VA with Rev. Howard Taylor officiating. The family will meet at 10 a.m. at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
