Jeffrey Wayne Parkey, 47, Kingsport, TN passed away, Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Wexford House.
Born in Kingsport, Tennessee on February 17, 1971, he was the son of the late O.Z. Parkey and Fostina (Turner) Parkey.
He is survived by his sisters, Olivia Sawyers, and husband David Marion, VA and Althea Parkey of Gate City, VA; special uncle and aunt Oscar and Elizabeth Simpson Gate City, VA; uncle, Haywood Parkey Tazewell, TN; niece and nephew, Kortney Parkey Washington, DC and Demetry Sawyers Marion, VA; great-nephew, Xander Sawyers.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday September 5, 2018 at Round Hill Cemetery in Marion, VA. Officiating will be Brother in Christ Bishop Nolan Wolfe and special speaker James Leland Williamson.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends are asked to meet 12:15 p.m. Wednesday at Antioch Greater Ministry Church, 319 Maple Street, Marion, VA 24354 to go in procession to the graveside service.
