Eula Mae Page, 79, of West Jackson St., passed away on March 31, 2009 at her sister's residence in Big Stone Gap, VA.
She was born September 24, 1930 and raised in Scott County.
She was a member of Horton's Chapel Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Mary Page; son, Thomas Page and one brother, Joseph W. Page.
Survivors include her sister, Marie Qualls Masters, Big Stone Gap, VA; nieces, Betty Lane, Gate City, VA, Judy Hass, Duffield, VA; nephews, Danny Page, Duffield, VA, Larry Qualls, Kingsport, TN, J.C. Qualls, Duffield, VA, Jerry Qualls, Surgoinsville, TN and Steve Qualls, Church Hill, TN; sister-in-law, Ruby Page, Gate City, VA; several cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 2, 2009 at Gate City Funeral Home. Services will be held at 8 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Evangelist Kenneth Neeley officiating. Music will be provided by New Grace.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 3, 2009 at the Page Cemetery, Robinette Valley. The family will meet at 10:15 a.m. at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Thanks to Wellmont Hospice Staff that came by and was so good to her with their loving care. She had several good friends that was good to come and see her or call.
