Patrick (PJ) was born in Sullivan County, TN on January 9, 1965 to Kathleen Akers and the late Lloyd George Osborne.
In addition to his father, his sister, Betsy Greear and his brother, Lemuel George Osborne preceded him in death.
He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Akers Osborne, Dungannon, VA; sons, Patrick Osborne, Jr., Wise, VA, John Lloyd Osborne; sisters, Eunice C. Osborne, TN, Nina Osborne Begley, Dungannon, VA, Barbara Osborne Musick, Russellville, TN, Kitty Osborne Childress, Kingsport, TN, Debra O. Rogers, Windsor, OH; brother, Auburn Lewis Osborne; along with several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00p.m., Saturday, August 10, 2013 at the Patrick Jackson Cemetery, Scott County, VA with Ricky Begley officiating. Dorothy Hicks will provide the music.
Family and Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.
