Delores Ann Moore, 29, Kingsport, TN passed away, Saturday, January 4, 2014 at the University of Tennessee ER from complications of Cystic Fibrosis which she had from birth.
She was born in Sullivan County, TN to Reba Ann Dockery and the late Jonas Franklin Hall.
She is survived by her husband, Jonathan Moore, Kingsport, TN; daughters, Chelsea Morelock, Kingsport, TN, Megan Thorpe, Kingsport, TN, and Kaitlin Edwards, Kingsport, TN; mother, Reba Ann Dockery, Kingsport, TN; sisters, Ashley Hall, Kingsport, TN, Jenny Baker and husband, Larry, Kingsport, TN, and Becky Moore, Kingsport, TN; special nieces, Tori Hall and Gracie Baker; mother-in-law, Mattie Horton and husband, Larry, Kingsport, TN; father-in-law, Emmett "Bud" Moore, Kingsport, TN; nieces, Brittany Thorpe, Hannah Baker, Reagan Baker, Kristen Edwards; nephews, Cody Thorpe, Zack Baker, Jacob Baker, and Izaiah Edwards; and many friends.

A private visitation and funeral service will be conducted at Gate City Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond Summey and Rev. James Mann officiating.
Private graveside services will be conducted at the Begley Cemetery, Ft. Blackmore, VA with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
