Bobbin Lynn Miles, 53, Gate City, VA passed away Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
Bobbin was born in Winchester, TN, a daughter of the late R.B. and Ruby Mae Taylor Adams.
In addition to her parents, R.B. and Ruby Mae Adams, she was preceded in death by her great granddaughter, Haylea Marie Huges.
Surviving are her children, Lillie and Bobby McClellan, Weber City, Laura Meade and Rodney French, Elora, TN, April and Darryl White, Nickelsville, VA, Michelle McClellan and Chris Coleman, Kingsport, TN, Britney McClellan, Gate City, VA, Stephen Stewart and Beth Hines, Chattanooga, TN, William Stewart and Jenny Hall, Detroit, MI, Billy Meade, Gate City, VA, Jay and Tabitha Meade, Church Hill, TN, Travis Meade and Samantha Sams, Church Hill, TN, Larry McClellan and Roxanne Stacy, Gate City, VA; grandchildren, Betty and Derek Huges, Tink, Renee, Bryce, Amarissa, Eathen, Natalie, Emalee, William, Brodie, Christopher, Paige, August, Kailee, Matthew, Nikie, and Alex; sisters, Maggie and James Murphy, Gate City, VA, Mary Taylor, Manchester, TN, and Ann and Henry Oneal, Lynchburg, TN; brothers, Richard Adams, Detroit, MI, John and Alice Bingham, Shelbyville, TN, George Adams, Lynchburg, TN, Butch Adams, Smyrna, TN, Michael and Tammy Adams, Detroit, MI, and Dusty Phillips, Kingsport, TN; step-children, William Meade, Emmit Meade, and Angel Meade, Peggy Brown and Frances Mack, and very special friends, William and Roma Ramey
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Saturday, June 26, 2010 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 27, 2010 in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with the Rev. Jimmy Gibson officiating.
Mrs. Miles wishes were to be cremated following her funeral service.
