Surviving is her husband, Raymond Meade, Gate City, VA; children, Jeffery Meade and Ginny Shaver, David Meade, and Shannon Meade Shott and husband, David; grandchildren; Jonathan Meade, Jeremy Meade, Matthew Meade, Kirsten Tolbert, and Bryce Taylor; great grandchildren; brother, Jim Benton and wife, Dawn; and sister, Kay Hall; along with several nieces and nephews.
As per the wishes of Mrs. Meade, there will be no formal services.
