Jeffery “Jeff” Wade McDavid, 61, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017 at his residence.
He was born in Sullivan County on April 8, 1956 to James Conley (J.C.) and the late Norma Lynn (Ison) McDavid.
He is survived by his son, Jamie Lee McDavid, Ft. Blackmore, VA; sister, Tracy McDavid Torango, FL; aunts, Deloris Moore, Mendota, VA, Nettie Mae Bowen, Gate City, VA, and Carolyn Ison, Kingsport, TN; uncle, Lowell Kelly Ison, Gate City, VA; special friend and caregiver, Kevin Dougherty, Kingsport, TN; along with several cousins.
Per Jeff’s request, his wish was to be cremated. Memorial services will be announced at later date @www.gatecityfunerals.com.
