Virginia was born in Scott County, VA on September 16, 1949 to the late Bill Lyons and Margaret Ellen Lucas.
In addition to her parents, her daughter, Pamela k. Lucas preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughters, Melissa Ann Arnold, Dungannon, VA, Amanda Lucas, Ft. Blackmore, VA; son, Douglas W. Lucas and wife, Kathie, Church Hill, TN; sister, Mary Lou Dooley, Dungannon, VA; brother, Malcolm Harless Gibson, Dungannon, VA; grandchildren, Matthew Logan Sweeney, Ian Douglas Lucas, Elizabeth Grace Wells, Derek Raymond Lucas, Margaret Ellen Webb; along with several nieces, nephews and one special great nephew, Dakota James Dooley.
Per her wishes, Virginia will be cremated.
