Wilma Turner Lewis, 61, Kingsport, TN passed away, Friday, July 17, 2015 at her residence surrounded by her family.
Wilma was born July 6, 1954 in Scott County, VA. She was a daughter of the late George Robert, Sr. and Kedith Elizabeth Kane Turner.
She was of the Methodist faith.
In addition to her parents, her brother, Calvin Nathaniel Turner preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons, Marvin Lewis and wife, Tracy, Kingsport, TN and Derrick Lewis, Kingsport, TN; grandchildren, Marvin Jr., Montel, Conner, Alexis, and Gage Lewis; sisters, Sarah Mack, Kingsport, TN and Gladys Stacey and husband, Buster, Weber City, VA; brothers, George Turner, Jr., Johnson City, TN and Walter Turner, St. Louis, MO; special niece and cousin, Yolanda Mack and Mary Sanders; along with several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Hales Chapel Church, Gate City, VA with Rev. Steve Templeton officiating. Hales Chapel Choir will provide the music.
