Reba was born in Scott County, VA on January 8, 1930 to the late Onza Scott and Lillian Mae (Harris) Culbertson.
In addition to her parents, her husband James A. Kilgore, Sr. preceded her in death.
She is survived by her son, James Allen Kilgore Jr. and wife, Sherry, Kingsport, TN; grandchildren, Cindy Haren, Kingsport, TN, Brian Kilgore and wife, Melissa, LeighAnn Rasnake and husband, Travis; great grandchildren, Hunter Haren, Brayden Pauley, Haley Haren, Mackenzie Kilgore, Grayson Pauley, Braxton Rasnake; siblings, Carol Kilbourne, Madge Lay, and Gerald Culbertson; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A private burial with family and close friends will be held at the Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA.
