Mr. Everett E. "Buster" Johnson, 49, Shelbyville, TN and formerly of Nickelsville, VA passed away Sunday, March 13, 2011 at Heritage Medical Center.
Mr. Johnson was born in St. Paul, VA on December 12, 1961, the son of late Everett E. and Sophia Harrison Johnson.
Surviving is his brother, Jackie Harrison and wife, Glenna, Nickelsville, VA; sister, Gay Purifoy and husband, Billy, TX; half-sister, Judy Davis and husband, James, Nickelsville, VA; half-brother, Richard Johnson, Nickelsville, VA; nieces, Cindy Harrison, Nickelsville, VA, Cathy Harrison, Nickelsville, VA, and Sabrina Payne ,TX; nephew, Johnathon Purifoy, TX; great nieces, Madison Harrison, Nickelsville, VA and Bethany Purifoy, TX; great nephews, Jessee Harrison, Nickelsville, VA, Connor Payne, TX, and Garrett Purifoy, TX.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Friday, March 18, 2011 in the Juanita S. Falin Memorial Chapel of the Gate City Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 19, 2011 at the Marshall James Cemetery, Nickelsville, VA with the Rev. Charles O. Taylor officiating.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.
