He was employed as kitchen staff at Wexford House.
In addition to his mother, Darlene Peoples, he is survived by his daughter, Riley Jarrell, Kingsport, TN, son, Christopher Jarrell, Gate City, VA, grandchildren, Evan Hammonds, Liam Jarrell, and Ivory Jarrell, sister, Katherine Jarrell, Christiansburg, VA, brother, Oscar Jarrell, FL, special mother-in-law, Sandra Vermaat, special sister-in-law, Betty Jean Anderson, and his dog, Kane.
It was the wish of Chris to be cremated and no formal service held.
