Caleb Alexzander Hughes, Weber City, VA passed away, Monday, April 22, 2013 at The Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN.
Caleb was born on April 22, 2013 to William Corey Hughes and Micheala Sperow.
He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandmother, Polly Hughes and an infant sibling.
In addition to his parents, Caleb is survived by his grandparents, Wendell and Karen Heaton, Jonesborough, TN, Tammy and Ken Sperow, Blountville, TN; maternal great grandparents, Pat and Gertrude Lawson, Ft. Blackmore, VA; paternal great grandfather, Glen Hughes, Richlands, VA; uncle, Christopher Hughes, Abingdon, VA; along with several other family members.
The family will receive friends from 11-12:30 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2013 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home.
Burial will follow at the Lawson Cemetery in the Ft. Blackmore Community of Scott County. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
