Peggy Fraley Horne, 75, Nickelsville, VA passed away, Monday, May 14, 2018 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
Mrs. Horne was born in Scott County, VA on January 4, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Kent Carson and Geneva (Davidson) Fraley.
In addition to her parents, her husband, Bobby Horne; daughter, Tina Lynn Horne; her in-laws, Charles and Ethel Horne; sisters, Nella Mae and Edsel Rose; great nieces; Susie Wheatley and Erica Rose; and brothers-in-law, Doug Nickels and Glen King preceded her in death.
Surviving is her daughter, Tammy Horne; brother, Frank Fraley and wife, Sue; sisters-in-law, June Nickels and Sue King; brother-in-law, Kenneth Horne and wife, Dorothy; special friends, Chad and Diane Easterling; her pets, Buster and Jill along with several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Odell Beauchamp officiating.
Burial will follow the service at the Fraley Cemetery in the Valley Creek community of Scott County, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
