Malcolm Hill – Church Hill, TN
Malcolm Thomas Hill, 69, of Church Hill, TN passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center as the result of a motorcycle accident.
A native of Scott County, VA, he was born February 12, 1946 to Dewey Hill and Thelma Casteel Hill.
Malcolm worked at Kingsport Press/Quebecor for over 40 years. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and hunting, especially bird hunting with his dogs. A member of True Sons of East Tennessee Motorcycle Club, he loved riding his motorcycle. He was blessed with many friends and family members who loved him and will miss him greatly.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Hill.
He is survived by an aunt, Myrtle Hill Egan; uncle, Lonnie Casteel and numerous cousins.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Saturday, June 20, 2015 at the Gate City Funeral Home.
It was the wish of Malcom to be cremated.
