Janet was born in Sullivan County, TN on March 19, 1952 to the late Robert Franklin and Helen Irene Reed Starnes.
She is survived by her son, Robert Joshua "Josh" Hensley, Gate City, VA and grandchildren, Erica Hensley and Kody Shelton.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Oak Hill Memorial Gardens with Rev. Riley Boy officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.
