Shirley Ann Weddle Hall, 48, Hiltons, VA passed away, Monday, May 5, 2014 at her residence.
Shirley was born in Russell County, VA on March 5, 1966 to the late Junior and Margaret Weddle.
She was a devoted wife and mother. Her children and her husband were her life, especially her miracle daughter, April, who was the joy of her mommy’s life. April always brightened her day and always put a smile on her face.
In addition to her parents, her brother, Jimmy Weddle preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, Johnnie William Hall, Hiltons, VA; sons, Matthew Babb, Lebanon, VA, Kevin Babb, Hiltons, VA, Nathan Hall, Atlanta, GA; daughters, Deborah Hall, Atlanta, GA and April Hall, of the home; brother, Randy Weddle and wife, Tabatha, Lebanon, VA; sisters, Diane Fields and husband, Tim, Big Moccasin, VA, Mary Helen Gobble and husband, June, Big Moccasin, VA, Carol Sue Cole and husband, Ricky, Lebanon, VA; mother-in-law, Margaret Hall, Weber City, VA; along with several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Rex McMurray and Pastor G.W. White officiating. Music will be provided by David and Debbie Easterling.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 8, 2014 at the Cox Cemetery in the Long Hollow Community of Scott County, VA. Johnnie Bright, Ricky Pendelton, James Dean, Ted Ramey, Junior Page and Chris Sartin will serve as pallbearers.
Family and Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.
