Margaret Louise Hall – Weber City, VA
Margaret Louise Hall, 74, Weber City, VA went into the loving arms of Jesus after a brave and courageous battle with lung cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Her greatest joy was time spent with her family, especially her granddaughter, April.
She was a loving and devoted wife, Mommy, Granny, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed being outdoors working in her flowers.
Margaret was born in Scott County, VA on April 16, 1940. She was the daughter of the late Cowan and Maggie Page.
In addition to her parents, her husband, Hagan Hall; son, Roger Hall, brothers, R.J. Page, Fred Page, and Randy Page; and sisters, Lois Parks, Ella Mae Robinson, Minnie Faye Hall, and Jean Larkins preceded her in death.
She is survived by the love of her life for the last 28 years, Ted Ramey, Weber City, VA; 2 sons, Johnny Hall, Hiltons, VA and Eddie and Lillian Hall, Munich, Germany; 1daughter, Sally and Rick Watts, Wise, VA; 5 grandsons, Chad Sartin, Shannon Sartin, Chris Sartin, Nathan Hall, and Justin Hall; 3 granddaughters, Ashley Watts, Deborah Hall, and April Hall; 2 great grandsons, Noah Sartin and Joseph Sartin; 3 great granddaughters, Sally Sartin, Lexie Powers, and Emily Powers; 2 brothers, Cowan and Tammy Page, St. Paul, VA and Billy and Sue Parks, St. Paul, VA; 1 sister, Carolyn and Ronald Burgess, Tullahoma, TN; along with several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the Gate City Funeral Home and other times at the residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Brother Rex McMurray officiating. The Bowling family will provide the music.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 13, 2015 at the Cox Cemetery in the Long Hollow section of Nickelsville, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.
