Edith M. Grigsby – Nickelsville, VA
Edith Marie Broadwater Grigsby, 90, Nickelsville, VA passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Church Hill Health Care and Rehab, Church Hill, TN.
Edith was born in Scott County, VA to the late Robert Jefferson and Etta Faye Hilton Broadwater. She was a homemaker and owner of The Homemaker Shop.
In addition to her parents her son, Jeffrey Grigsby; sisters, Reba Castle, Angeline Smith; and brothers, Kenneth Broadwater, Garland Broadwater, and Arthur Broadwater preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet Darlene Kilgore Thrum and husband, Ronald, Royersford, PA; brother, Lowell Broadwater and wife, Peggy, Nickelsville, VA; along with several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at the Nickelsville Cemetery, Nickelsville, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.
