Mrs. Sidna Allen Frazier, 97, Duffield, VA passed away, Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the Cambridge House, Bristol, TN.
Born in Scott County, VA on August 31, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Pat and Betty Russell Ford.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, H.F. Frazier; daughter, June Giles; sisters, Lilly Goode, Bonnie McConnell, and Stella Gilreath; and brothers, Ellis, Hollie, Tim, Willie Ray and Dud Ford.
Surviving is her son, Don Frazier and wife, Joyce, Bristol, VA; grandchildren, Vicky O'Neil, Terry Eads, and Scott Frazier; great grandchildren, Mike Moody, Megahn Eads, Lindsey Eads, Molly Frazier, Sarah O'Neil, and Patrick O'Neil; and her sister, Emma Watts, Norton, VA; along with several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Sunday, February 20, 2011 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with the Rev. Jackie Frazier and the Rev. A.J. Lane officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 21, 2011 at the Goode Cemetery, Duffield, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m., Monday to go in procession to the graveside service.
