Connie was born in Scott County, VA on March 18, 1962. She was the daughter of the late James Rhea and Rosa Lee (Griffen) Neeley.
In addition to her parents, her oldest sister, Linda Carrol Frazier preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Terry Lee Frazier, Duffield, VA; son, Jason Lee Frazier, Duffield, VA; sister, Robin Vanzant and husband, Eddie, Gate City, VA; brother, Denny Wayne Neeley, Duffield, VA; nieces and nephew, Heather Townsend and husband, Matt, Duffield, VA, Courtney Purcell and husband, Drew, SC, and Jacob Lee Vanzant, Gate City, VA; along with a great niece, Lillianna Townsend, Duffield, VA; and great nephews, Lucas Shelton, SC and Levi Townsend, Duffield, VA.
Connie’s request was for a private family service.
