Teddy was born in Buchanon County, VA, September 17, 1959 to Earl Rose and Junilee Potter Fletcher.
Teddy is preceded in death by his mother, Junilee Fletcher and sister, Myra Jane Pippin.
He is survived by his wife, Joy Fletcher of Bristol, VA, Father, Earl Fletcher of Abingdon, VA, two step-daughters, Jessica Smith of Bristol, VA and Amanda Falin of Hiltons, VA, sisters; Earla Kay Stacy of Abingdon VA, and Linda Gail Farmer of Rowe, VA, brothers; Mikeal Fletcher of Abingdon, VA, Roger Fletcher of Vansant, VA and James Ratliff of Bristol, VA, step grandchildren; Matthew and Joseph Smith of Bristol, VA and Cody and Luke Mumpower of Hiltons, VA and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for Teddy will be held Sunday, June 30, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt Mitchell Cemetery in Mt. Carmel, TN with Reverend Andy Sensebaugh officiating. Chris Holder will provide the music. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
