Larry Bert Faust – Gate City, VA
Larry Faust, 71, born October 2, 1944 passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at his residence.
He was born in Sullivan County, TN to the late Hubert Clarence and Ardis Harris Faust. Mr. Faust was a member of the Air Force Reserves and VA Army National Guard. He was a lifelong member of Wilderness Road Shooting and Conservation Club as well as the National Rifle Association.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Faust was preceded in death by his nephew Shannon Faust and his sister Charlotte Faust.
He is survived by his wife Kathleen Grant Faust, Gate City, VA; daughters Kameryn Faust, Gate City, VA; son, Kobe Faust, Gate City, VA; step children, Samantha Fields, Gate City, VA, Randy Rhodus, Berea, KY; brothers, Jerry Faust and Joyce, Church Hill, TN; grandchildren, Ethan Rhodus, Riley Rhodus, Arianna Tribble, Eisley Fields; along with several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Per Mr. Faust’s request, his body will be cremated and a Memorial service will be held at a later date. A Memorial Service will be held for Mr. Faust at Hilton United Methodist Church in Hilton, VA at 2:00pm Saturday, November 7, 2015. Military services will be conducted by American Legion Post3/265.
