Dora Estepp – Gate City, VA
Dora V. Estepp, 77, Gate City, VA passed away, Monday, January 29, 2018 at her residence.
Dora was born in Scott County, VA on May 14, 1940. She was the daughter of the late William Grady and Hester May (Houseright) Derrick.
In addition to her parents, her grandson, Dustin Estepp; brothers, Robert Derrick and Thomas Derrick; and sister, Nannie Dean preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Estepp; daughters, Yvonne Smith and husband, David and Michelle Hall and husband, Tanner; sons, Shane Estepp and Camron Estepp and wife, Lisa; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and 2 expectant great grandchildren; brother, Elijah Derrick; sisters, Mary Vaughn and Dorothy (Dot) Walters.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the Gate City Funeral Home and other times at the residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. G.W. White and Rev. Wayne Meade officiating. Greg and Becky White will provide the music.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 2, 2018 at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 12:15 p.m., Friday to go in procession to the graveside service.
