Moe was born in Scott County, VA on October 28, 1951, the son of Visey Collins Edens and the late Rufus Tucker Edens.
Surviving is his mother, Visey Collins Edens, Duffield, VA; son Timothy (Gomer) Stewart, Duffield, VA; special friend, Mae Taylor, Duffield, VA; sisters, Vicky Edens, Duffield, VA and LulaBelle Underwoods and husband, Jerry, Duffield, VA; brothers, Wayne Edens, Lester Edens, Kenneth Edens, and Phil Edens and wife, Crystal, all of Duffield, VA; friends, Jimmy Berry, Gary Taylor, Justin Berry, and Kasey Berry; aunts, Betty Gilliam and Nancy Hall; uncles, Sherman Collins, Clyde Collins and wife, Mary, and Bobby Collins; one very special buddy, Randy Elliott; along with several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
At Moe's request, he will be cremated and there will be a celebration of life with his family and friends, from 4:30 – 5:00 p.m., Sunday, June 5, 2011 by the creek at Berrytown with Evangelist Kenneth Neeley.
Moe was a dear friend to a lot. He will be greatly missed. Life is so short, live and love while you can because we are not promised tomorrow.
