Laura Denise Darnell, 52, of Gate City, VA passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020 at Indian Path Medical Center.
Laura was born in Sullivan County, TN on March 26, 1967 to the late Mitchell Martin Darnell and Jewell (Bledsoe) Perry.
In addition to her parents; brother, Mitchell Allen Darnell preceded her in death.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory brother, Bobby Ray Darnell (June), Gate City, VA; boyfriend, Roy Carter, Gate City, VA; aunt, Belinda Taylor, Nickelsville, VA; 5 nephews; several cousins.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 1:00-2:00 p.m., at Gate City Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Eddie Taylor officiating.
Graveside Committal services will be conducted at Gate City Funeral Home following with burial at a later date.
