Thomas Moscow Culbertson, 63, Gate City, VA passed away, Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Graystone Health Care, Kingsport, TN.
Mr. Culbertson was born in Sullivan County, TN on September 26, 1951, a son of the late Johnny Horton Culbertson and Nina Bise.
In addition to his parents, his brother, Sherman Culbertson preceded him in death.
Surviving is his wife, Jean Culbertson, Gate City, VA; daughter, Jennifer Sykes and husband, Brian, Kingsport, TN; son, Jason Massengill and wife, Michelle, Scott Depot, West Virginia; grandchildren, Miranda Sykes and Jeffery Massengill; sister, Ethel Conley and husband, Jerry, Gate City, VA; brothers, Mark Culbertson, Franklin, TN and Melvin Culbertson and wife, Carol, Gate City, VA; along with several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with the Rev. Bobby Mahan and Rev. David Smith officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 3, 2015 at Oak Hill Memorial Park, Kingsport, TN. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.
