Sinkler Brickey, 60, of Johnson City, TN passed away, Thursday, June 14, 2012.
Mr. Brickey was born in Scott County, VA, on January 18, 1952, the son of the late Boyd Sarvis and Helen Blanche Brickey.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Patricia Hicks Brickey, sisters; Janice Summey, Peggy Summey and Sue Ella Brickey, and brother, Raymond Brickey.
Survivors include Daughters; Tabetha Fagan and husband Jason of Elizabethton, TN, and Tina Daniel of Johnson City, TN, sisters; Dorothy Begley of Kingsport, TN, Beulah Bledsoe of Gate City, VA, Loretta Strazzante and husband Angelo of Brookville, FL, and Joyce Horne and husband Kyle of Dungannon, VA, grandchildren; Brock and Sierra Daniel and Destiny Fagan and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of Gate City Funeral Home on Monday, June 18, 2012. The funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. with Pastor Bryan Smith officiating.
Graveside Services will be conducted immediately following at Monte Vista Burial Park in Johnson City, TN.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
