Lynda Elizabeth Ann Bray, 67, Weber City, VA passed away, Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at her residence.
Ms. Bray was born in Sullivan County, TN on April 13, 1943, a daughter of the late James Patton and Beulah Lewis Bray.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, James Lee Osborne.
Surviving is her son, Andrew Bray, Weber City, VA; foster son, David Dean, Gate City, VA; cousins, Billy Bray, Jimmy Fugate, and Jim Bray; her former husbands, Ralph Osborne, Lebanon, VA, and Ronnie Wheatley, Dungannon, VA; special friends, Lynn Stapleton, Mrs. Ina Daugherty, and Shirley Jennings.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Friday, April 23, 2010 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with the Rev. Bill Wampler, Jr., and the Rev. Edwin Carter officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 24, 2010 at the Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. Tyler Lane, David Fugate, Jaron Coomer, Darla Lipe, Mark Sampson and David Dean will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends will be meeting at 10:00 a.m., Saturday to go in procession to the graveside service.
