Richard was born in Indiana on November 3, 1964. He was the son of Maxine McClellan Booth and the late Glenn Marshall Booth.
In addition to his father, his aunt, Barbara Franklin and uncles, Melvin, Paul, Leon, and Cecil McClellan preceded him in death.
He is survived by his mother, Maxine Booth, Kingsport, TN; brothers, Glenn “Duck” Booth, Jr. and wife, Gidget, Knox, IN and Arnold Wayne Booth and wife, Vickie, NC; aunts, Betty McDaniel and husband, John, Nickelsville, VA, Francine Kowalski, Portage, IN, and Dorothy Beard, Portage, IN; uncle, Bobby McClellan and wife, Linda, Bristol, VA; along with several nieces and nephews.
It was the wish of Mr. Booth to be creamated.
