Billy Howard Mullins, Sr- Kingsport, TN

Billy Howard Mullins, Sr., 81, Kingsport, TN, passed away, Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at his residence. 

Billy was born in Hawkins County, TN, on July 16, 1943, to the late McKinley Mullins, and Elizabeth (Clark) Mullins. 

In addition to his parents, his brothers, Charles Mullins, Robert Mullins, Ray Mullins; and sister, Bessie Sexton preceded him in death. 

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Shelby Mullins; daughters, Kimberly Hinkle (Terry), Reba, Rhonda, Lisa, and Denise; sons, Billy Howard Mullins Jr., and Greg (Colleen); sisters, Ella Mae Ladd (Jack), and Shirley Barrett (Dee Dee); several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends from 1-2p.m., Friday, August 30, 2024, at the Gate City Funeral Home. Services will be conducted at 2:00p.m., in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor David Roller officiating. 

Graveside services will follow at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
