She was a member of Marble Point Church.
Janie was born to the late Black and Ida Flanary on May 5, 1923.
In addition to her parents; husband, Ora Bartlett; son, Danny Bartlett; three brothers preceded her in death.
Surviving are daughter, JoAnn Powers (Russell), Gate City, VA; grandson, Rusty Powers and wife, Jody, Gate City, VA.
The family has requested a private graveside service with the Rev. Gary Hunley officiating.
